Union Quarter offers 34 thoughtfully crafted SDA apartments that empower residents with choice, independence and community connection. Our apartments seamlessly blend contemporary style with intelligent design that caters to a diverse range of abilities and needs.

We can even assist with accessing the SDA accommodation funding in your NDIS plan.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for specialist disability accommodation (SDA) at Union Quarter, you must:

- Meet the NDIS legislation criteria for SDA eligibility.
- Have an approved NDIS plan with SDA funding.
- Provide documentation like an OT assessment outlining your functional needs.
- If you have any questions, our team is available to explain the criteria in plain language.
